All you need is:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Development Manager, or Client Relationship Manager, within the igaming industry;
  • Strong communication skills and full English proficiency;
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage partner resources;
  • Proficiency with JIRA, project management tools, and business analytics tools.

Your daily adventures will look like this:

  • Responsible for on-time delivery and overall quality of all new projects;
  • Oversee and coordinate product technical setup: environment configuration, platform integrations, and technical onboarding;
  • Effectively translate clients’ needs and requirements to all relevant departments;
  • Monitor project progress against plans and escalate risks/issues as needed;
  • Share information across teams to improve workflow processes;
  • Educate Business Units that manage various business processes;
  • Manage direct client communication throughout onboarding and delivery;
  • Ensure existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care and feedback loops;
  • Deliver client presentations about products/services during onboarding;
  • Act as a point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues appropriately;
  • Understand and help meet the client’s strategic targets and goals.
